Listings
Search Vancouver listings.
Current MLS® listings are available through my CENTURY 21 In Town Realty search, which uses licensed listing data. Use it to shortlist; then send me the ones you like and I will tell you what the price and the building actually look like.
The search runs on CENTURY 21 In Town Realty’s site using licensed MLS® data from the Canadian Real Estate Association and Greater Vancouver REALTORS®. Listings shown there belong to the brokerages named on each listing.
A better way to use a search
Searches are good at narrowing by price and bedrooms. They are bad at telling you which building just approved a levy, which listing is priced to start a bidding war, or which “two bedroom” is a one bedroom with a den.
Send me the listings you like. I will tell you what I would check and whether the price makes sense against what has actually sold.
Never leasehold by accident
Vancouver has a number of leasehold buildings where you buy the remaining term of a lease rather than the land. Some are fine at the right price; all of them need to be understood before you fall for the kitchen. I flag tenure on every listing I send.
